Maintenance Issues

For Repairs on your home, create a service request under the Maintenance Request tab or call 813-666-9636.  

 

If the SITUATION NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION during normal business hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday- Saturday, Create Service Request AND CALL 813-666-9636.  

 

You can expect a call back within 24 hours for non-emergencies and sooner for emergencies. Please be very specific about the repair issue.

 

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS: CALL 813-855-7075, then leave a message with your phone numea code and the complete nature of the emergency. The on call Coordinator will call you back between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM 7 days a week unless the repair item is not an emergency in which case you will get a call on the next business day.   

 

Emergencies are defined as a water leak creating a flooding situation (Turn water off at valve or to the whole house if necessary  to stop the flow), an electrical fire hazard (Turn off the Main Breaker and If you smell smoke call the fire department). Emergencies also include a breach of your home’s structural integrity such as windows, doors, walls or roof  that creates an immediate health or safety issue.
